In accordance with art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR - we inform you that:

We received it from you when you created your account, via the contact form or in connection with orders placed.

Purposes and basis of processing

As the administrator, we will process your data:

1. To create an account on our website
2. To process the applications you send to us (e.g. via the contact form)
3. To send the newsletter based on your separate consent (basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR)
4. To conclude a contract based on your interest in our offer and its proper implementation (basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR)
5. To complete orders based on the contract, when we have concluded it (basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR);
6. For the purpose of handling complaints and returns
7. For tax purposes and in connection with other legal obligations of the administrator (basis in art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR)

Right to object

1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, but the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to consent to the processing of personal data marked as obligatory will prevent the Seller from performing services and implementing Sales Agreements.
3. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data described above. We will cease processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are important legitimate grounds for us to do so or the data is necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend any claims.
4. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. If you exercise this right, we will cease processing your data for this purpose.

Data storage period

Your personal data will be processed by us for the entire period during which the contract is performed, as well as later for the purposes of:

1. Pursuing any claims arising from the contract
2. Implementing the 5-year archiving obligation
3. Performing obligations arising from legal provisions, including in particular tax and accounting
4. Statistical and archiving
5. Preventing abuse and fraud
6. For a maximum period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract

Recipients of data

The recipients of your personal data will be those entities to which we are obliged to transfer data under applicable legal provisions (e.g. offices, administrative bodies, police), as well as entities providing accounting, HR, warehousing, payment, IT, transport, courier and postal services to us, or our subcontractors or distributors.

3. The right to delete data, limit data processing;

Information on the requirement/voluntariness of providing data

Providing your data is voluntary, but providing some data may be necessary to conclude and perform the contract.

Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, we are not spaming and even for milion $ will not sell any information.
